From the beginning to the end, death leads to life. With the changes in the environment, the elements of life decompose through death, reassemble, and regenerate. Ling Pui Sze utilizes cell imagery to create new organisms, where images not only divide but also give birth. The process of life in nature aligns with the process of collage, and the canvas serves as a vessel for the decomposition and fusion of various elements.

There is no explicit sketch before creating her collages, and the arrangement is guided by the shapes and structures of the patterns themselves, naturally tearing and combining paper to reconstruct biomimetic prototypes. Through the process of deconstruction and reassembly, the artworks present organic forms that emerge serendipitously, mirroring the evolution of life. Cell images are printed on Xuan paper using inkjet printing and then collaged. The artworks are further processed with Chinese ink, reestablishing another world on the canvas.

始而末, 死即生。隨著環境變化, 生命的元素因死亡而分解, 重組而再生。凌佩詩利用細胞圖像創造新生物, 縱使圖像在分裂, 同時亦在相生。自然界中生命的過程與拼貼過程相約, 畫布只是各種元素分解與融合的載體。

在拼貼作品前並沒有明確草圖, 排列方式只因隨著圖案本身之形狀及結構而連接, 順其自然地把紙張撕碎再合併, 重新拼合仿生物雛形。透過解構與重組的過程, 作品所呈現因偶發性而組合有機形態正如生命演變過程, 將細胞圖案以墨水打印方式打印在宣紙上再拼貼, 並以中國墨水加工, 在畫布上重建另一個世界。
